Privacy policy

01Who we are
Your data is processed by the NX80 service (nx80.com). For any question about your data, write to support@nx80.com.
02In short
- We collect the minimum: your e-mail and what login, account protection and payment cannot work without.
- We do not sell data, do not show ads and do not use analytics or advertising cookies.
- Your money and exchange keys are not with us: payment goes through the public blockchain, trading happens on your exchange.
- You can delete your account in the dashboard at any time.

The country is determined from the IP address by the DB-IP Lite database on our server — the address is not sent anywhere. We make no automated decisions that have legal effects on you. Automation only protects: after several wrong passwords, login slows down for a while, and the number of letters with codes is limited; accounts are never blocked automatically.
The service does not collect strategies or exchange keys yet. When the strategy builder and trading appear, we will add here how we store strategies and keys and to whom we pass the text of a strategy to turn it into rules (the AI provider) — before we start collecting them.
04Who receives data
We do not sell or rent out data. It is received only by those the service cannot work without:

When you set a password, we check whether it has leaked before through Have I Been Pwned: only the first 5 characters of the password's hash are sent there — neither the password nor your e-mail.
05Where data is stored
Data is stored on servers we rent. Correspondence with support passes through Cloudflare and Google.

07Deleting your account
You can delete your account in the dashboard after confirming with a code or password. The password, name, avatar, time zone, sessions, codes, e-mail change history and login log are deleted at once; the e-mail is replaced with an anonymous record. Without the e-mail, the language, dates, the record of accepting the terms and the records of payments and subscription remain — for the period in section 6. The "Account deleted" letter is sent to your address before it is replaced. Transaction hashes and addresses on the blockchain are public and permanent — no one can delete them. If money remains in your advance, write to support before deleting — we will refund it under the Terms.

We set only necessary cookies — the site does not work without them, so we do not ask for consent to them:

The site uses no other browser storage (localStorage and the like). There are no analytics, no ads and no cookies of other companies. If any appear, we will ask for your consent first.
09Letters
We write only when needed: codes, account security, payment, the end of a subscription, substantial changes to the terms. There are no marketing mailings; if they appear — only with your consent and with one-click unsubscribe. You cannot opt out of service letters while you have an account.
10Security
The connection to the site is encrypted. Passwords are stored only as an argon2id hash, codes from letters — as a hash. Only those who run the service have access to the data; logging in to the admin panel requires a second factor. The keys to the wallet that receives payments are not stored on the servers. If a leak threatens your rights, we will tell you without undue delay and, where required, the supervisory authority within 72 hours.
11Your rights
You can see what data we have about you and get a copy, correct it or delete it. You can also ask us not to process your data for a particular purpose. You delete your account in the dashboard; for everything else, write to support@nx80.com from your account address. We answer within 30 days, free of charge. If our answer does not satisfy you, you can turn to the data protection authority where you live.
12Age
The service is only for people aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect children's data; if we learn that an account belongs to a child, we will delete it.
13Changes to this policy
We will e-mail you about substantial changes in advance. Previous versions are available on this page.
